In dit artikel gaan wij wat dieper in op de wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens en de meldplicht datalekken. ¶ Meldplicht datalekken Op 1 januari 2016 is de meldplicht datalekken ingegaan. Deze meldplicht houdt in dat organisaties in Nederland verplicht worden gesteld een melding te maken bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens wanneer zij te maken hebben met een ernstig datalek.
